Their guiding principle? 'Hope Works!' This isn't just a slogan; it's demonstrated in their actions. They operate multiple businesses with a social mission at their core under the banner of Hope Initiatives CDC. Leading the charge is the Hon. Dale Sedgwick. She brings with her 20 years of high-performance strategy experience, from the halls of Xerox to the lecture rooms of Roberts Wesleyan University. Notably, she holds a degree in mathematics and continues to nurture her faith in downtown Rochester. Also on the team is Dr. Venesa Milton, who serves as the Director of Hope Works, a workforce development program under Hope Initiatives CDC
