This week our conversation includes Sylus Vazquez, son of Next Steps Show host, Peter Vazquez; a wild and free kid who takes God, County, Family and Personal Responsibility seriously.
Sylus N. Vazquez is a dynamic and responsible 24-year-old individual who takes great pride in his work. After finishing high school, Sylus discovered his passion for working with his hands in the construction industry. He began his apprenticeship with the prestigious UA Local 669 Fire Sprinkler Fitters Union in 2018 and is now just a few months away from turning out of his time.
As an apprentice Fire Sprinkler Fitter, Sylus gained invaluable knowledge not only about the mechanics of the trade but also about the importance of building relationships in the industry. He firmly believes that the key to success in the construction world lies not only in mastering the technical skills but also in forging positive connections with colleagues and clients.
Sylus recognizes the construction industry's vital role in society, referring to it as the backbone of infrastructure. He understands that without the contributions of skilled tradespeople like plumbers, carpenters, HVAC technicians, electricians, and Fire Sprinkler Fitters, society could not function properly. Unfortunately, the industry has suffered from negative stereotypes and poor relationships, leading to a perception that tradesmen and women are inferior to college-educated professionals.
Sylus passionately advocates for learning a trade and dispelling the myth that there is no money or pride to be found in a career in the trades. He recognizes the sense of accomplishment and independence that comes from mastering a trade and being able to support oneself and one's family. He urges young people to join the movement and become skilled tradespeople, helping to rebuild the construction industry's reputation and make a positive impact on society.

After making many attempts to discuss her concerns with school officials, she knew she couldn’t effectuate change alone. Learning about Moms for Liberty and what they stood for, she launched the Moms for Liberty Wayne County chapter.
Since July 2021, she has focused learning education law, open meeting law, and how to use FOILs in her effort to effectively advocate for parental rights in education, as well as all levels of government.

This week our conversation includes a gentleman who together, with Joseph A. McNeil, Franklin E. McCain, and William Smith, was in the forefront of the civil rights battle as he bravely stepped up to boldly participate in the sit-in at the Woolworth’s diner, on Feb 2, 1960, igniting a movement in this country that changed the trajectory of this country forever – all without firing a shot, burning, steeling or otherwise causing harm.
His life chronicled with episodes of civil unrest in which he found himself thrust in the midst, he did (and continues to) do his part to bring awareness and change in a peaceful manner. Championing a new cause for a better America by challenging, motivating, and inspiring others to be aware and responsible for the world that surrounds them.
A champion for freedom and conservative values. A change agent striving to change the culture of “Liberty for a few” to a culture of “Liberty for All!”. The FDFNational.org National Spoke Person and President of the Frederick Douglass Foundation of North Carolina - the Hon. - The Notable Mr. Clarence Henderson
In 2000, Mr. Henderson was the recipient of the 40th Anniversary Sit-In Participant Award and in 2013 he was appointed by Governor Pat McCrory, to the Chairman seat on the North Carolina Martin Luther King Jr. Commission. Mr. Henderson was appointed President of the Frederick Douglass Foundation for the State of North Carolina in May 2017 of which he currently serves. He also served on the advisory board of Black Voices for Trump from 2019 through 2020.
Mr. Henderson’s energetic involvement in his church as Head Elder, New Members Coordinator, Sunday school teacher, and Finance committee member; and his life’s journey as a teacher, college administrator, entrepreneur and motivational speaker has given him a unique perspective on what confronts society today.

However, it is also important to remember how crucial playing with other children and problem-solving are in developing healthy relationships.”. She further states, “we need to creatively engage with our community and ensure we are providing resources for all students to help them overcome the difficulty of the last few years and for many the trauma as a result of isolation. It is imperative that we work collaboratively and collectively to ensure we are providing a well-rounded high-quality education for all.”.
Cherie believes that parents not only have the right but the obligation to be involved in their child’s education. Transparency is the key to building trust which is foundational to creating a brighter future for children and families.

This week our conversation included Earl Wallace, Pastor, Patriot, Author, Teacher & Musician, 3BR & LCF.
Earl is an American Patriot, who has served in the US Army, has been a high school English teacher, a Christian musician, a Bible conference teacher, a veterans disability claims representative, a NY Statewide Veterans Program Administrator, and a Tea Party spokesperson throughout UpState, NY, which included TV and radio appearances. He also is the author of “The Three-Dimensional Leader: Negotiating Your Mission, Resources and Context,” which he has taught throughout America, in Europe, Asia and The Middle East. He now is recognized widely as Pastor Earl, founding pastor of Liberty Christian Fellowship Church, in the greater Capital District of NYS. His booklet titled, "The Bible Is The Source of America's Inalienable Rights”is gaining national attention to help people understand America’s true founding, and how we can become the kind of people whom God can use once again to restore our beloved USA!
In 2012, while teaching a 3D Leadership course in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, he had two lunches and dinners with a self-identified jihadist, who advised him “You Americans are doomed, because you don’t know how to defend your culture. We will use every freedom against you!” From that encounter Earl realized he must overcome presuppositions and general ideas about “God, mom and apple pie” to determine specifically how America was founded as a Christian nation, and what must take place to defend it. The answer is what Earl calls “The Biblical Basis of the Bill of Rights.” Earl discovered how America’s Biblical foundation is being undermined; who is doing it; how they are doing it, and the revival of repentance and reformation that can overcome it with Christian discipleship that applies the Bible to every aspect of life, including civics!
In 2014, Earl became the founding pastor of Liberty Christian Fellowship Church in the Capital District of NY to teach how the Bible applies to every aspect of life, including civics. “Pastor Earl” speaks at events and conferences to teach “The Biblical Basis of The Bill of Rights” to call Americans to reaffirm our Biblical, Godgiven, Ten Commandments, natural, unalienable rights, upon which American culture was founded. He also teaches “The Politics That Pollute Paradise” to explain how specifically America’s Biblical Foundation is being undermined. Earl’s program, titled “Prophets, Patriots and Providence” explains how God can revive America’s civics through our specific obedience to return to our nation’s Puritan roots and founding values and principles.
Earl says, “Without people understanding how to connect the dots between the Bible and America’s Founding documents, most of our patriotic efforts amount to a hollow cry of “Rah-rah, we need more God in government,” and few really know what that means. So we mistakenly think all religions have the same social, cultural and political outcomes, which they don’t! America’s founding documents applied Biblical truths to form our nation’s civics! Earl says, he can show us what we must do to re-covenant with God, as did our nation’s founding generations, who pledged to honor God in the Mayflower Compact, The Declaration of Independence and the US Bill of Rights!
Pastor Earl’s motto is “for Christ and Country,” and he has taught “The Biblical Basis of The Bill of Rights” to town boards, Christian conferences, civic groups, law enforcement agencies and at political meetings and 2 events to call Americans to reestablish the Puritan faith and ideals through which God worked to found our beloved USA!

LCF exists to glorify God, through Our Savior, Jesus Christ, and teach how He reveals Himself from Genesis through Revelation, and how we respond to Him as disciples, who can apply His Bible to every aspect of life, including civics!
LCF stands in the gap to advocate for our God-given, “inalienable rights,” which God secures through The 10 Commandments, and which are referenced in The Declaration of Independence, to give us the right to not be murdered, sexually molested, stolen from, lied to nor about, nor have our person’s, people, positions and possessions coveted by evil people who would use government power to deny us the blessings God bestows on us!
